2010 Cadillac CTS Oil Filter Change

I noticed that my new 2010 Cadillac CTS has a different filter than most other cars. Can you tell me how to change this filter.

If it is the 3.6l, and you are speaking of the housing on the driver side of the motor, the cover unscrews and you change the cartridge. The drive for the cap is either 24mm, or I believe there is a 3/8 square drive alternate. There are o-rings on the cap, they should not need changed unless damaged.
