Computer problem

I just bought my Cadillac CTS about two weeks ago. I am already having issues with the Bluetooth/Onstar phone volume. When I press the button for Bluetooth, it usually gives me a command... but I can barely hear it. I go into the Nav system under Config and try to turn up the Master Volume for the Navigation System and I turn it up all the way only to find out I can barely hear the command voice in the rear part of the vehicle. Does anyone know what is going on?
