2005 Cadillac CTS Loss of cooling

A light comes on on the dash that states check coolant. The coolant is about one large cup down; this happens about once a week. No where is there any fluid leaking. What's my problem?

Go get a cooling system pressure test done, this will locate any minor external coolant leaks, start here.
