The Steering Column and Steering Wheel Shake when I am turning right or left. I recently had an accident and got the car back from the dealership; however, this noise didn't begin until a few weeks after repair.

If your sitting stationary and turn the wheel one way or the other, does it force back like pressure feedback? If so, it sounds like internal steering gear leakage. If not, try rotating the tires to isolate a tire issue.
