My 2003 Cadillac CTS with 5 speed manual has just started grinding when shifting into 4th gear. It doesn't do it into any other gear. If you leave the clutch depressed for a second or two, it shifts into 4th smoothly. Is this a linkage problem? What should I do about it. I topped off the clutch fluid, with no effect.
