driver side door switch?

2003 Cadillac CTS 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

where is & how do I change the door switch. after turning the car off & opening the door the radio & dash lights stay on only on the driver's side.do it has any thing to do with the keyless not working?

So the retained accessory power disables with all but the left front door opening? The switch is part of the latch assembly. This more than likely, is separate from a Keyless entry issue.

So, do i replace the complete latch assembly? Is the switch connected separately from the latch assembly?

You need to remove the door panel to remove the master window switch. Here is how, check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
