1994 Cadillac Concours thick white smoke

I have a caddilac 1994 concour and when i start it up and press on gas thick white smoke comes out of tailpipe? i was told it could be a sensor? do you know maybe what it could be and if so maybe what sensor it might be? thanks

What engine does this have? The 4.9 or the 4.6 Northstar? I don't know of any 4 cyl. caddy's.

The white smoke is likely a blown headgasket or intake manifold gasket. Depending on which engine you have would make a big difference in cost to repair.
