Alldata and Mitchell have nothing, and the factory 95 setrvice manual does not list procedure for filler neck specifically. It has three screws that secure it to the upper pocket. It then looks like it is secured to the rear body by a clip. You will need to disconnect the hoses either from the filler or the tank. There also may be a ground strap on the upper reaches of the fill pipe. It may benefit to remove the rear tire and wheelhouse liner for more access.
