it looks like every thing lights up but the dash lights the radio lights up and the ac controls also light every thing but the dash lights

Do the left and right rear seat heater switch and left front door lock switch light up?
They are on the same circuit of the instrument cluster lights.

I think there are only 3 bulbs in there, they could just be burnt out.
