the bolt for the mount at the rear of the cab to the frame broke. do i need to undo all the body mounts to be able to raise one side enough to extract the part of the bolt that i still in the cab? What other things need to be unhooked to be able to raise it? The truck listed above is a k-1500. Do i need to raise the driver's side?

so, then you are saying that there is enough give in the cab mounts that i do not need to unbolt the passenger side before raising the driver's side? was kind of hoping that someone already knew what needed to be disconnected.

They don't give us that instruction. There will be enough give to replace the right side then the left side separately.

okay. Well, it will be next month before i can afford the set of bushings. i figure that the bushings were worn out and the step bar weakened the bolt. so, have to get a new set and since the car is down waiting on parts and all extra money went to it this month will have to update you next month when i attempt this.
