Will not start, is there a way to bypass the anti-theft?

The car was running fine, went into a place came out and the car won't start. I tried jumping it, and everything under the sun. The only thing left is anti-theft, but my stereo got stolen so I don't know what to do. It's my only vehicle.

Is the security light flashing when you try to crank it over? If not, it sounds like the starter has gone out. T,o be sure we can use a test light on the starter trigger wire this guide will help you and I have left starter replacement instructions in the diagrams below.
