Bypass PATS anti-theft system

Okay. Just to clarify, when you put the key in and turn it to the on position, the theft light goes out? If so, then that is not your issue. The light comes on as a self check and then once it verifies proper operation and key it goes off.

If it does not go off, we need to check for codes. Then I attached an anti theft inspection checklist that you can go through.

However, if the light goes off and the engine does not crank then we need to measure voltage at the starter when you are cranking it. You should be 12 volts when the key is on at the starter. Refer to the wiring diagram.

There is no way to bypass Ford's PATS system. The PATS system uses a code that literally has billions with a b of different combinations. The only way to get it to work is to have your key reprogrammed to the Power-train Control Module[ PCM] by either the dealership or a locksmith. Have you checked the PCM Power Fuse[30A] in the Under hood Fuse Box? In the diagrams down below I have included the diagram with the callout for the Under hood Fuse Box.
