It sounds like a plastic bag is under my truck making the noise. it doesn't get louder when we turn. when we go faster it gets a little louder but not much it doesn't start doing it until we get up to speed. You cant hear it unless the windows are down. i have no idea what it could. be any suggestions?

I have seen the ABS pump module stick on causing the ABS motor to run all the time or it can be a CV axle causing the issue. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can hear the noise? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

I don't think it's the ABS module because the only time you hear the noise is when your close to a car or guardrail an driving if your just sitting an idling you don't hear anything. Okay, you can hear the sound but also the wind because it only happens when I'm moving and it is the ticking sound in the video not the big loud ruffled sound. An it stopped doing the sound when we turned.
