Buying a used car thats been in an accident

Hi,
I am thinking of buying a used car, a 2014 Mazda CX-5 but it has been in an accident. I checked out the car proof, and there was an accident two years ago with a cost of $15,000.00 worth of repairs (right rear side).
Should I consider this vehicle or walk away?

have it checked or have a mechanic put on a hoist and look at bottom of car . whether it has been straightened good or signs of a bad repair in back from inside. it could be they changed axle/body parts etc. better to do that or see if you can find another one that was not hit.
