The wind blows my windshield wiper off the track?

The wind blows my windshield wiper off the track and the wipers stop moving. The wiper motor is still working. Do I replace the wipers or just the bad arm?

It sounds like the pivot is loose or the wiper assembly needs to be replaced here are the instructions on how to do both jobs. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
