The car feels bumpy  on the hard roads

Hello,
I have Maruthi Eritga 2013 car. We changed the shock absorbers for the rear one both left and right with new one but that does not make much difference, now we also feel the front feel bumpier than the rear one now. Car is having all 4 new tires and pressure set to 30 it's a nitrogen. Wheel alignment is also checked. Please let me know if there is something to change/check. And the rear shock absorbers are changed with Monroe shock absorbers.

When you replace only the rear, often times it makes the front feel worse or bad. Were they ever replaced?

Hi,

No the front shock absorbers were never replaced. It came with the manufacturer during the time of purchase in 2013. However car ran only close to 20,000 miles. So replacing the front shock absorbers fix this issue? Or is there anything to check beneath the car body?

Based on your description, it sounds like the front shocks, but not being there makes it difficult for me to determine. If you bounce the front of the vehicle, does the bouncing stop within 3 bounces when you stop?

Yes, the front bouncing stops with in 3 seconds.

Then the shocks are still okay. I do have one more question. Has the shop checked the steering components? Things such as ball joints, tie rods, and so on can make it feel loose.

Also, is there any noise associated with the issue?

And one more thing; the rear shock absorbers are replaced with monroe shock absorbers. The front shock absorbers are directly from OEM. will that make difference with brands?

The culprit is shock absorbers itself. Shocks became hard. Mechanic replaced whole front suspension system. Car is running smoothly now.

Sure thanks . Yes, those are replaced with brand new one with Monroe brand. Honestly outside they name it as oem brand Suzuki but inside on the shock absorber it mentioned as Monroe. So technically even the old OEM shock absorber is from Monroe.

Yep, the manufacturers have large companies simply put their name on the part. It doesn't surprise me they were Monroe. They are very common.
