how can you test the sensor when you get a code 34 ?

That's a Mass Air Flow sensor code. How is the car running?
Did you try clearing the code to see if ti comes back?

runs ruff
step on gas---while moving--almost dies like running out of gas

It's probably a bad sensor but check all the intake snorkels and any attaching hoses or pipes before assuming that.

there are two on the air intake
a small one with two wires and the one with three-i think this is the air mass sensor

I was referring to making sure there are no air leaks between the sensor and the engine.

replaced mass air senson senson---same problem

also get a code 43---dont know what that is

That means the problem could be elsewhere in the MAF circuit. It can be any of the related wiring or the PCM.
A clogged exhaust will also give a MAF code

also the oil light is on but the oil pressure is ok
