1994 Buick Skylark turn indicator

Replace your signal flasher. It could be a cheap flasher. For the flasher to work on one side and not the other is extremly rare, but it does happen. I that doesn't help then I would say it's the switch itself. You could check connections under the dash, but that's usually not the problem. Hope this helps.
