1995 Buick Skyhawk water always on driver side on floor

If you're in an area where you need heat, I would guess your heater core is leaking. If you're using the AC. the evaporator drain from the heater box is plugged. The evap. drain should be a rubber tube coming through the firewall under the hood either in the center or towards the passenger side.
