1983 Buick Skyhawk This annoying sound

When i get driving with the windows down i hear this sound. It's like whoosh, whoosh, whoosh, whoosh and the faster i go the faster the sound gets.

Does the car have a slight shake, or small vibration when this noise is heard ?? It could be a bad u-joint, or even on some models they had a velocity joint at the rear of the drive shaft.
