1993 Buick Roadmaster and it smells

i have a 1993 buick roadmaster it just had the fuel pressure regulator changed it now shakes and has a rotten egg smell. can u please tell me what this is. thanks a million

the rotten egg smell comes from the catalytic converter. Has the check engine light come on? Also, check the regulator and make sure they didn't forget to connect the vacuum line to it.
