1998 Buick Riviera Engine Cradle rusted/broken

I have a 1998 Buick Riviera 3800 V6 Supercharger 50,000 miles ALWAYS garage kept. It is at the dealers service department and they tell me the car has a rusted broken Engine Cradle and at this point all I can do with that car is junk it.
Is this true ? If not would you have an idea what my opition are and maybe a round about price on the options you may have ?

This is a way too late response but I have a similar problem. The unit body structure on both side where the engine cradle mounts is rusting. The structural body pieces aren't available anymore. Can this still be repaired?
