1996 Buick Riviera Module/PCM relationship

I have a 96 Rivvy that only has code P0300 for general misfire, but the 1-4 coil is inop. Shouldn't it code for cyls 1 & 4? I swapped coils but the problem stays 1-4. 12V available to the coil with ignition on. I'm leaning toward the PCM but any help you can give would be GREAT!
Also I'd be interested in pitching in some money if you folks are able to help me out.

Could be the ignition contol module/ Crank sensor and very well be a vacuum leak

Misfires can be caused by worn or fouled spark plugs, a weak spark (weak coil, bad spark plug wire), loss of compression, vacuum leaks, anything that causes an unusually lean fuel mixture (lean misfire), an EGR valve that is stuck open, dirty fuel injectors, low fuel pressure, or even bad fuel.
