1996 Buick Riviera Check and replacement of blower control

I need replacement instructions for changing out the blower control modue.
Can it be changed without dropping the dash?
Blower does not operate & where is the blower location?
All fuses check out O.K.

I will answer my own question as I found out how to do it.
Anyone wishing to replace their HVAC blower motor
should go to the AutoZone web site & click on the appropriate link for blower repair. this site lists step by step instructions along with photo's.

This applies to Buick Regal, Century but also applied to my 1996 Riviera.
