I have a 2002 Buick Rendezvous with 71K miles. While driving, the entire instrument panel, radio and headlights "hiccup" as if they are going through the startup check process over and over again as when you first start the car. The car never dies or stutters, but all the electrical stuff just keeps "rebooting". The dealership replaced the instrument cluster - twice - and the ignition to no avail. There is a clicking sound from under the dash like relays tripping when it hiccups. Any suggestions?
