my windiw on the driverside works sometimes and sometimes it get stuck either down or halve way.

This could either be a switch going bad or a loose connection to the motor. I would recommend removing the door panel and checking for loose connections. If nothing is found, check if the motor is still getting power when the window doesn't work. If it is, chances are the motor is going bad. If it isn't, start checking switches.
