brakes become spongy intermittently..it happened during the winter during heavy snow and then it would not happened again ...toke it to the dealer but the problem could not be duplicated...i can sometimes duplicated it if i slow down to almost a stop (1 to 3 mph) and then push the brake pedal it will go to the floor and you will feel some brake but not much...lately when it is raining very hard and the brakes are applied the same problem occurs and the abs light comes on and the "traction off" is displayed ..this will not be cleared until the car is turned off and then on again..during this time the brakes are ok when driving normally but when you slow down to under 5 mph the brakes get spongy..i hope i am disscribing the defect correctly
