To better assist you is your model the CX or CXL and what is your engine size in liter.

It is a CX with a 3400 3.4L engine I do also have another question is there any other oil I can put in the differential then the Versatrak fluid

Hi Tom Thanks for getting back with me. As for the seal - if you are getting it for about $67 I think you are getting a good deal. I looked it up on the following web site and as you see below, it is only about $50.00 but with shipping it ends up being about $66.00. http://www.gmpartsdirect.com/

On our Cost Estimation area we list it as about $84.00 - item number 2 in the pic

So for the seal, yes it does seem pricy but I think compared to the other areas you are doing fine. As for the lubricant. I would use what they recommend. Yes it is pricy....very....but you don't want to void any warranties or possible recalls by using a different lubricant.

Also Tom, one other thing. Also, it looks like you may have some recalls on your vehicle. The dealer may fix these for free. Please contact the dealer service department, give them the VIN number of your car and have them check on these to see if they apply to you.
