Shaking steering wheel

I have a 2002 Buick Regal with 115,00o miles on it
My power steering went out, I had it replace with a rebuilt pump, and it still didnt work. Plan on replacing the pump once more before the warranty is up.

Now my steering wheel shakes and it feels like something is loose It shakes while going slow, but if I get the nerves to go up to 55 mph its fine. I thought it was a bad tire, replaced the tire and there is still this shaking What can this be?

Maybe it's something, minor, but if that front end (steering and suspension parts) haven't been looked, I start by checking for play in it. That may be a serious saftey issue.

when i got my '95 skylark it had what sounds like a similar problem but the wheel would start shaking between 75 and 80 mph. i think it ended up being the alignment that was the problem for me.
