91 Regal, no fire...please help

I have a 91 buick regal, about 200,000 miles with a 3.8 liter engine. This car ran great until the belt shreded about a mile from home, I tried to make it but about half way it died (the engine was still cool because I just started down the road, so I dont think it had time to overheat)... Still turns over great. The belt beat up some of the wires which caused a short, blowing the ignition fuse. I found the short and fixed that, But im still not getting any fire. I pulled the plug off going to the coil packs, it has 1 wire thats hot out of 13(first 1 on the left), still no fire. Does this mean all the coil packs went bad? Or is it more likely that I still have a loose wire, or messed up the computer or something? I have very limited knowledge, tools, or funds so any help would be greatly appreciated.
