how do I replace right rear window motor

Hi:
You will need to remove the door panel to access the motor. Once you get to it, unplug electric to the old motor. Next you will need to drill out the rivits holding the motor. Once that is done, the motor will be removeable. reverse the sequence to replace it. Also, replace the rivits you removed with small nuts and bolts.
