My 2001 Buick Regal has a high idle and it doesnt always do it. I do need a coolant change and possibly a new coolant thermostat. A while back I had an engine code come up for the EGR Valve (for the exhaust). I can't locate any vacuum leaks. I also replaced the Mass Air Flow sensor because it was bad.
