During this last Ice storm, I noticed my windshield wipers were not working. I can hear the motor running and sometimes the windshield wipers will slightly move, and when I look where the arm of the wipers meet i guess the motor, I can see the motor moving the shaft i guess. But the wipers will not move, but the motor is working properly. Any ideas on what to do???
