my 1999 buick regal has started giving me problems with the windows and stereo stystem. when i turn the key to the accessory mode the car will sometime allow me to put the windows up or down and the radio will come on as well. But when i start the car the stereo turns off and cant be turned back on and the windows wont move either up or down. what could be the problem and how much should it cost to get repaired?
