Seems to be a reoccuring problem. My concern is that the shops tend to really stick you on the the replacement sensors. Just got charged $299.92 for a rebuilt sensor, NAPA brand. NAPA list it for $174.00 on line and in the store. I can see a reasonalble mark up but this is just a little steep. The shop claimed that they charged the reccomended retail price of NAPA. Is it always that steep or is this something we can expect in the future?

Hi there,

Well this is up to the honesty of the repairer. He will have a RRP but he has no obligation to sell at that price, if he wants to he can sell at what ever he wants, most workshops will do the correct thing, so it is always a good idea to shop around if you have the chance.
