Firstly, yes, repair it. You have to check your oil every day until it's repaired. If you go more than a couple days without checking the oil level, you could run out of oil, and cause terminal damage to your engine.
If it's leaking all the time, even when it's hasnt been running for a cpl hrs, you absolutely have to repair it.
