1996 Buick Regal freeze plugs

i suggest using a very small punch and a small hammer.... hit the very bottom of the plug, and watch for any movement -85% of the time the plug will rotate, and then can easily be removed with a pair of pliers.... sometimes not... at that point, its best to buy a freezeplug remover and an 11/64th drillbit.
