my ctsy fuse keeps blowing out causing rear left brake lights,door locks,cig lighter and dash lights to stop working. how can ifix this?

There must be a short. What I would do is try disconnecting (one at a time) each component that runs from the circuit. That way you will know which component is causing the fuse to blow.
