1990 Buick Reatta rough running

My car used to run smooth. I keep the normal maint.
Lately it started to run choppy once in awhile, Now it's everyday.
I notice more moisture than normal with a drops coming from the exhaust. It is winter, but it continues dripping after the car is well warm.
It had a tune up 6mo. ago

Hi Scott:

I wouldn't be concerned about the water from the exhaust. That is normal. What I would suggest to start would be to have the computer scanned to stored trouble codes. Most nationally recognized auto parts stores will do it for free. If they find a code, it will point you in the right direction. Otherwise, you will end up replacing parts that arn't bad.
