HVAC air flow

I am unable to redirect the air flow to the dash vents. The AC is working and directs the air flow to the windshield or the floor outlets. In the auto mode or the manual the damper door is not redirecting the air flow.

The issue with this is the mode door actuator has most likely failed.

I am attaching the process from the manual below on how to replace this so if it were me, I would replace this and retest the operation.

Also, I am attaching the calibration process as this will need to be completed after it is replaced.
