1999 Buick Park Ave.Ultra 3.8 Supercharger 142,000 miles. Front end vibrates between 55 and 65. I had the tires spin balanced and even rotated them with no difference.The wheel does go to the right a little bit when you let go of it.The car was just inspected.(Pa.). The front end does seem to have a little extra bounce when going over bumps. Should i replace struts and get it lined up?

Have the front end checked for play, primarily the wheel bearing and tie rod ends.

Also run your hand over the tread surface of all the tires and feel for any choppy wear, should be smooth.

If you like the car and plan to keep it, then get the struts, quick struts would be best.
