Front End "Noise"

2004 Buick Park Avenue (Base), 32,000 miles . . . there is a "bearing-type" sound coming from the front end of the car that changes sound at higher speed and stops completely when the car is stopped. It varies when the brakes are applied (almost goes away) and varies when the car "bounces" over road bumps.

Prior to purchasing the car as "certified" the dealership replaced all four rotors (but NOT the brake pads) due to warping. Recently, I insisted that the right hub bearing was the culprit and the dealership said that they would replace it as well.

The dealership has insisted that the problem is due to the tires. So the tires were rotated - no real change. I have since replaced the tires and I still hear the noise.

Seems to me that it could either be transmission, CV joints, or even the brake pads. Any other thots or ideas?
