I cannot get my parking brake to release. What can i do to release it.

There is a system of cables that go to the back wheels. One or two are probably seized. You may need to remove the rear wheel to access the cable if you have rear drum brakes.

However, You may be able to pull on the cable from underneath to release it....depends how stuck it is.
