2001 Buick Park Avenue over heating

The cooling fans in my 2001 Park Ave. won't run at any temp. I trued the relays and checked the fuses to no avail. What I need to know and can't seem to find is where the sensor that runs them is. If you can help with this and maby with where I could get a cheap wiring diagram for this car it would help a lot!

My first message got deleted. First time I been here. Anyway, I have solved alot of probs with my Haynes Car Manual you can buy at any Auto zone. They are not always exactly correct but it does help. Hope you solve your problem. I'm stilll waiting on my repley. Take care!
