what is evaporative system flow during non-purge and what other problems fall under code 1441 that i should look for?

First ensure fuel fill cap is tightened properly and not busted. If OK, check vacuum hoses at the EVAP canister purge valve. If vacuum is good then delete the trouble code in case it was an intermittent issue. If the code comes back then suspect faulty EVAP canister purge valve.
