Have a buick park ave been sitting for a few weeks. Completley dead, does not even click, I also tried a hot shot. Could it have something to do with the key pad? No lights, no nothing etc.

check the battery and the cables. If the cables are corroded, it will cause problems. It is very common for the batteries to leak acid from the positive post.
