All my doors seem to be dead the power locks and windows dont work and the car dosent even know when the door is open have checked all fuse under back set and pass side door area and under the hood can you help ?

You did say you checked the fuses, but did you check the power window/door lock circuit breaker, under the hood?

the doors started to work agin for a few days aslong as i didnt lock with the remote but they stop and now dont work agin? dose that sound like a relay ? or do i need to look eles where ??

If you have replaced all the fuses and the circuit breaker as displayed,

all subsequent tests show that you have to replace the Remote Function Actuator Module

But then come on and off like now its working but who knows how long i thought if it was a fuse or relay it wouldnt come back on

You might want to check that Remote Actuator Module and make sure the harness is plugged in tight. It can be just that. But based on the diagnostic, you may need to replace the module.
