Ive owned my 99 buick park avenue for over 2 years and have never had a issue with it. Yesterday midday i got in my car and turned it on. i put it in drive, hit the gas and my engine jumped. i parked and popped the hood. My engine was shaking like never before, my exhaust was puttering and then my engine light turned on. I drove to my mechanic and he hooked up the ob2 to it. It read multiple misfiring slenders. i then removed the spark plug cables one by one from the coil packs to single out the slenders that were not firing. my coil pack with # 1 and 4 had no spark. all the others are fine. i replaced the coil pack, spark plugs and wires and still no resolution. my mechanic said it could be the computer. while looking online i noticed a guy fixed a similar issue by replacing the icm that the coil packs sit on top of. please help i dont know what to do next.

That would be my bet too. The Ignition module operates the coils and it sounds like it has a burned out driver.
