can i safely disconnect my supercharger on a 1998
buick park avenue ultra with out damaging the engine
and drive withot supercharger

No, you can't disconnect the supercharger. Your engine and computer are calibrated to run with the air volume the supercharger will provide. All of your sensors, injectors, and computer programming are set to calculate and deliver the fuel/timing demands of a supercharged engine.
