Recently I bought a '98 PA which has 38,000 actual miles. Neither of the power adjustable seats will rise, tilt or lower. They will travel back and forth and the lumbar will work. When I depress the controls to move (up or down) there is an audible click, but no movement. I have tried to see if there is any movement under the seat when the button is engaged, but I can't detect any movement. A friend has a '98 ultra and he says he has the exact same problem and that it started when his car had about 50,000 miles. I'm thinking there must be a design flaw or some other common problem. thanks for your help.
